but yes, this is unfathomable. i really feel for somer’s mom when i see her, the bottomless pit visible on her face….i hope i never have to feel it the way she does. there but for grace….

How does a mother remember how to breathe when her child has been stolen and murdered? I know that life must “go on,” especially if you have other children, but how?

Your scholarship is a tremendous idea. Hopefully, knowing that people really do care will help Somer’s mother return to her life as a student. Please do post info, when you have it, on how we may donate. Something constructive is the only way to navigate out of this unfathomable hole.
